At the heart of MOKSHA is chef Alam Singh & chef Madan Singh a passionate head chef's with over 20 years of experience and roots deep in the hills of Garhwal, Uttarakhand, India. Their journey began in a small mountain kitchen where recipes were passed down through generations — taught not just with hands, but with heart.

From humble beginnings to mastering the art of Indian cuisine, Chef Alam & Chef Madan has cooked in prestigious kitchens in UK and now they bring that legacy to New Malden with a dream: to share the flavours of home, reimagined with elegance, honesty, and soul. MOKSHA is more than a restaurant. It’s a tribute to tradition.
